Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery along with the invoice and price tags.
  • Items must be in their original, fully resalable condition with all tags and packaging (Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.).
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or washed.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Men's innerwear products (Vests and Underwear) due to hygiene concerns.

Returns:

  • Returns must be sent to:
    E-Commerce Manager,
    Ebony Holdings Pvt Ltd,
    No 7, 2nd Lane, Maligawa Road,
    Moratuwa.
  • The cost of returns will be borne by the customer except in cases of defects.

Inspection and Damage Complaints:

  • Inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Defective Products:

  • If an item has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item at no cost to the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the general exchange policies must be followed.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same item.
  • Courier charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/promotional items.
