Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery along with the invoice and price tags.
Items must be in their original, fully resalable condition with all tags and packaging (Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.).
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or washed.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Men's innerwear products (Vests and Underwear) due to hygiene concerns.

The cost of returns will be borne by the customer except in cases of defects.
Inspection and Damage Complaints:
Inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Defective Products:
If an item has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item at no cost to the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the general exchange policies must be followed.
Conditions for Exchange:
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same item.
Courier charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/promotional items.
