Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery along with the invoice and price tags.
- Items must be in their original, fully resalable condition with all tags and packaging (Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.).
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or washed.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Men's innerwear products (Vests and Underwear) due to hygiene concerns.
Returns:

- The cost of returns will be borne by the customer except in cases of defects.
Inspection and Damage Complaints:
- Inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Defective Products:
- If an item has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item at no cost to the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the general exchange policies must be followed.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same item.
- Courier charges for exchanges are the customerβs responsibility.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/promotional items.
