• All items are quality checked before shipment.
• We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color on your screen matches the actual product.
• Returned items that are damaged, stained, or altered will be rejected and not reimbursed.
• For a smooth return process, send all items for exchange in a single shipment.
• If the original packaging is unavailable, items may be sent in different packaging, provided they are well protected.
